Master Stylist and Curly hair expert

Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Jay was formally trained at the Aveda Institute of Saint Petersburg, Florida. After graduating as a Master Cosmetologist in 2010, she began exploring and learning about the world of curls. Jay continued her education by becoming a Deva Level 1 Inspired certified stylist, focusing on foundational cutting and color techniques.

Envious Curls Salon opened its doors in April 2012 and has grown to become the top natural hair salon in the Dunwoody area. Motivated by her love for curls and loyal clients, Jay and Envious Curls continues to grow.

Ahn

Loctician, Braider and Apprentice

As a young girl braiding hair came naturally to Ahn. She always enjoyed the time it took to imagine a braided style, neatly execute and display her finished product. This love grew into a passion for her to seek formal education at the Aveda Institute, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. After graduating as Master Cosmetologist, Ahn’s expertise expanded beyond braids, to the entire spectrum of understanding and nurturing all textures of hair.

Ahn takes pride in work and paying detailed attention to client concerns, but more importantly hair care needs. Educating clients on proper hair care for each unique texture and instilling confidence to maintain and manage their hair at home with confidence. Finding the most pleasure in her creative and artistic abilities, she’s finds greater joy in the satisfaction and growth of her clients
